At MechaMind Labs, we strive to provide exceptional educational experiences. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your workshop registration. This refund policy outlines our fair and transparent approach to handling refund requests.

All refund requests are processed according to the terms outlined below. We aim to be flexible while maintaining fairness for all participants and ensuring the sustainability of our educational programs.

Full Refund (100%)

Conditions:

Cancellation 48+ hours before workshop start time
Technical issues preventing workshop delivery
Workshop cancelled by MechaMind Labs
Duplicate payment or billing error

Processing Time:

Processed within 5-7 business days

Partial Refund (50%)

Conditions:

Cancellation 24-48 hours before workshop start time
Unable to attend due to medical emergency (with documentation)
Family emergency (with appropriate documentation)

Processing Time:

Processed within 7-10 business days

No Refund (0%)

Conditions:

Cancellation less than 24 hours before workshop
No-show without prior notification
Completion of more than 50% of workshop content
Violation of workshop terms and conditions

Processing Time:

No refund applicable

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

We understand that medical emergencies can occur unexpectedly. In such cases, we may offer partial or full refunds even outside our standard timeline, provided:

  • • Medical documentation is provided within 7 days of the workshop
  • • The emergency directly prevents attendance
  • • Request is submitted within 30 days of the workshop date

Technical Issues

If technical issues on our end prevent you from attending or significantly impact your workshop experience:

  • • Full refund for workshops that cannot be delivered
  • • Partial refund for workshops with significant technical disruptions
  • • Option to reschedule to the next available session at no extra cost

Group Bookings

For corporate or group bookings (5+ participants), special refund terms may apply:

  • • Flexible cancellation terms based on group size
  • • Partial participant cancellations allowed
  • • Custom refund schedules for enterprise clients

Refund Processing

Payment Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts for security reasons.

Processing Timeline

  • • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • • UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • • International Cards: 10-15 business days

Processing Fees

Payment gateway fees (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, except in cases where the cancellation is due to our error or technical issues.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for workshop registrations. Digital materials, certificates, and completed services are non-refundable.

Documentation Required

All refund requests must include your registration ID, payment confirmation, and reason for cancellation. Additional documentation may be required for special circumstances.

Communication

All refund requests must be submitted via email to tech@mechamindlabs.com. Phone or social media requests will not be processed.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal within 15 days of the decision. Appeals will be reviewed by senior management.
